- This is NOT an accounting course.
- The resolution time of an isue can take one or several calls/emails depending on the complexity of the issue.
- The response time is aimed at within one (1) working day.
- The turnaround time to an issue call depends on the complexity of the problem reported.
- Support covers only all usage issues pertaining to Quickbooks, ExpressPay and PayrollPanda excludes technical issues such as network problem, data adjustment or data entry, hardware issues etc.
- Incident which requires data adjustment or data entries will be separately quoted/charged, the amount chargeable depends on the complexity of each case.
- Support will be carried out by phone, fax, email or remote access tools only.
- Prerequisites: The supervising staff is required to have knowledge of basic bookkeeping and the use of Microsoft Windows based PCs.
