• For digital download products, the license key and license info will be delivered via email only.

• Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).

• For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 2 - 3 working days after order verification and credit approval.

• We do not deliver to P.O boxes

• Due to respective software publishers' license agreements, all software products is non returnable and non exchangeable once the license is/are issued.

• QuickBooks Online subscription can cancel any time, read more here.

• Support subscription plan can cancel any time, where the support will be stopped at the month that fees are paid. No fees will be refunded upon cancellation.
